"We had an
uneventful trip home, except for an
extremely short connection in
Minneapolis. However, all of the luggage
made the transfer, so we got home tired
but happy at about 9:20 pm on the 1st.
I've received several calls from members
of the trip extolling your virtues, and
telling me how much they enjoyed the
trip. I can't begin to express my thanks
for all of the thought and work you,
Noriko, Betsy, and Steve G. put into
making our "Near" Yellowstone safari
such a success. I truly believe the
group was completely satisfied; in fact
many of them said they had a better trip
than if we had gone into the park. The
many extras which you provided were a
real plus. Please thank Noriko for her
lovely gesture of providing treats for
the plane -- it was so thoughtful. Also
express to her my appreciation for her
many hours on the telephone, and for
arranging so many things which made our
trip so enjoyable. It was a very
comfortable trip for me as escort, since
I could rely on your professionalism and
superior planning to take care of all
contingencies. The group was also
helpful in being so agreeable to change,
and punctual for departures, etc. It
would be nice if every group was so
flexible and pleasant."
Ms. Helga, Thank you for the hike. Thank
you for letting us see the wolf, the
coyote and the carcass.
"Hi Jessica Kerr.
How are you? We are fine. We had a great
time in Yellowstone National Park. Thank
you for giving us a tour. See you next
I want to thank you for the excellent
tour we had with your company. I was
part of the Folksmarch tour from
Syracuse, N.Y. (Aug. 22-28). I can't say
enough about your guides, Mike and Matt.
They were both excellent and very
knowledgeable. Matt was a very caring
young man and seemed very much at ease
talking to us one-on-one or in small
groups, even though we're old enough to
be his parents."
"My wife Kyoko, my
daughter Yamame, and I would like to
thank you for showing us the
Yellowstone. One-day trip to the
northeastern part of the park was not
enough, but it indeed introduced the new
Yellowstone to us. Yamame still talks
about bear spray you explained,
petrified sequoia tree you showed at
Lamer River, wildlife site you took, and
more. She learned a lot in this fifth
visit to the park, and is having
interest more about the park and the
wildlife with her growth. Her English is
also improved. Your hearty welcome with
the rice and cooker with Umeboshi was
more than perfect. Kyoko and Yamame
calls Yellowstone River Motel because a
small elk family by the hotel was also
welcomed her. I feel, in the past years,
that I should have spent more time to
see the real park than stalking
cutthroats. Again, thank you very much
for giving us a great opportunity to see
the park from new angles."
